Also, in your "Vayne" Section you mention the passive on her E. I don't think Vayne has a passive on her E. Did you mean silver bolts?
Either way, good guide.
He's a lane bully. Embrace it and go 21-9. There are too many offensive masteries he benefits from. It wouldn't be the worst thing to go 9-21, but just go 21-9 and be offensive in lane.
