Ability Order

Chapter 1
start out with 1 hp pot and a regrowth pendant for the ability to stay in lane for a long time early you dont need much ap on her as her skills scale nicely with level the magic resist and armor ibn these nice amounts reduce the need for bonus hp
you go with the crescent strike first and max it first for its damage then shield second with this build you should be able to 1v1 most champs (even fed long as you farm mcreeps properly) and survive many 2v1 or 3v1 encounters this is very high survivability
