Also, all that movespeed... and no Priscilla's Blessing? PB would let you uncap enemy point very effectively.

As well, Twitch can effectively defend in a 2v1 at tower with lifesteal and attackspeed. With no lifesteal, Twitch will just die a lot.

To top it off, in a gametype like Dominion where you're racking up the xp like crazy, there's no point in wasting mastery points on Awareness . Would be better to just give him a little more defense in the middle tier.

If you're not gonna use exhaust, why get Cripple?
