With this build I always try to start off at level 2-3 with harassing, sigil, and then immediately using distortion right after. Pretty easy, Always get first blood. I try to gank as much as I can with soulstealer. Get my stacks up early, literally you will run the game from beginning till end if you can build these up, le blanc is amazing for burst dmg. (this build is for confident le blanc players)

After you buy soulreaver, work on getting rabadons, this will pretty much make you drop anyone to 0 in just 1 combo. I try to get rod of ages, for more hp/mana with the extra bit of ability power. Once I'm a bit more tanky I go for another rabadons, ending up with rylais scepter for later game. in the end you should be around 800-900 maybe even 1xxx ap.

With this build I can garentee you any carrys will die in 1 combo, and tanks don't really stand a chance what so ever in team fights. Enjoy.
