Can easily setup for Enemy ganks when you try to CS.
Engaging head on with Snowball is suicide due to charm.
You will not have enough damage to kill before she ults away without help of ally Jungle.
Annie
Annie will not have enough mana to burst you down if she tries to kill you pre-6.
Unless she kills you in one stun combo you can easily eat tibbers for health and walk away.
Easy snowball engages if you watch her stun level.
Zilean
Zilean will push the lane for you and doesn't have the damage needed to kill you outright. You can farm fairly freely. Watch his manapool early as it may be a free kill for you if he doesn't have enough to stun or ult, since you cannot be slowed in Snowball.
Orianna
Orianna has the ability to do a lot of damage with sheer auto attacks. Watch for enemy ganks since you will be pushed up quite often. Early gameplay will decide this matchup.
Irelia
Irelia will try for early kills, so try not to get into long trades. Ult only after she uses her stun. You will outsustain her damage in bursts.
Katarina
Katarina cannot do enough damage to kill you early. Camp her daggers to prevent her from clearing. Disrupt her ultimate with a quick Snowball knockup. Roam if she decides to hug turret.
Veigar
Early he will mainly focus on farming and his manapool will not deplete very easily. His stun leaves very little room for error when you engage on him and when he engages on you. Eventually he will be farmed up enough to combo you.
Dodge or Ban.
Ryze
Ryze will either push giving you a free farm lane or poke you down, which you can easily sustain through. His early manapool will drain fairly fast so there is no danger, unless you let him dump damage into you for an extended period of time.
Kassadin
Kassadin will not have the damage to kill you and will most likely run out of mana early trying. Once it gets to late he will become a huge threat so clearing wave and roaming will win you the early game enough that you should be able to close out the game.
Lissandra
Lissandra will either push hard or try to poke you down, regardless of which she does she will not have enough mana early to keep up with you. You will outsustain her poke, so she may try to roam. Try to clear and follow. She will not be a threat to you but will be for the rest of your team if you let her roam freely.
Twisted Fate
Twisted Fate potentially has infinite mana but it wont be enough to kill you unless he is building on hit. He can however, damage you enough with autos and call for a jungler to get a gank. You can easily follow his roams if you predict where he is headed and Snowball there premptively.
Talon
Talon has more than enough damage to kill you early and you cannot keep up with clear and roams. You are simply outclassed. The best you can do is ping and call out accurate MIAs for your team and potentially follow him once you have enough armor.
Malzahar
Malz doesn't have the mana to kill you early and isn't fast enough to out roam you. His only threat is that he may lock you down for a gank or that you underestimate his voidling damage while being ulted. Fairly easy farm lane.
Ekko
Ekko can clear fairly efficiently but his manapool isn't very big. He may assume he can kill you and engage on you depleting his mana even fast. As long as you dodge the stun you will always trade better.
He may get fed up and roam in which you can easily follow, or you can clear and roam after he has wasted all his mana and needs to back.
Aatrox
Rest in Pieces.
Outranges and has enough sustain. Call for ganks. You won't win on your own.
Karthus
Karthus doesn't have to mobility to dodge a Snowball and will most likely push up allowing for easy kills. Not much to fear besides a suicide attempt.
Cassiopeia
Damage wise, you will be melted. Only jungle ganks pre-6 will give you an edge, but it will all be irrelevant after 6 since you will have no way of getting onto her without being stunned and melted. Best thing you can do survive early, roam after 6, and bring the goons back mid with you.
Riven
Too slippery and manaless. Clears faster than you if she shields into your snowball. Clear as best as you can and try to roam.
Anivia
China. China. China. China.
She will just wall your engages and melt you after 6. Roam and get early ganks in when her wall is down.
Akali
Slippery and manaless. Hard to trade her when she shrouds. Due to her microstun on her ult you can't ult her as well as her having too much sustain to kill.
Call for jungler early and roam faster than she can, staying in lane with her won't net you anything.
Lux
Lux's poke can be sustained through with Q but engages with Snowball will most likely be stopped with her snare. Clear and roam early before she can get enough AP clear the minions and follow.
Xerath
Xerath pushes lane for easy farming and doesn't do enough damage to kill you early. Hard to snowball onto due to stun but the stun duration will be low. Farm up, look to roam.
Yasuo
Yasuo is manaless and slippery and does high damage, but he isn't impossible to fight. Getting damage down on him early before he can sustain or go for long fights is key.
Early on you may need help from a jungler so he doesn't pressure you out. Watch for tornado if you decide to Snowball engage, the windwall doesn't block it until you let it go.
