The runes, items, and masteries aren't AWFUL, but the rest of your guide is. Just, read this OUT LOUD:
"I'd say you should attack minions fast. Because the opponent might not attack you. Yet if the opponent attacks you now you have a slight bump. You can stun them. Blitz in, stun, damage, heal, pop out. so you can farm better. Make it so your opponent as to retreat most of the time giving you an ato exp advantage on them. Soloing is partly recommended but in the beginning minion agro is absolute hell so having a teammate isn't so bad since it only lower leveling by a little bit (depending were you are). I've been lowered to 28 hp by pure minion agro because I was to aggressive at the beginning and had get out fast. So the blitz in blitz it is fast at the start because minion agro but the more you level the less it affects you and the more prolonged you can make it."
Sounds awful, awful grammar, and it contains 0 information. You need to rewrite this guide fully. If you want to keep those runes items and masteries, meh. I don't understand the 1 point in legendary armor, among other things.
Your guide just doesn't have any content, just a bunch of confusing jumbled up sentences with no information (see above)
