Haven't had the chance to go on pbe though so I can't say much.
From my experience in s3, support lissandra can't get zhonyas hourglass early enough which sux bigtime. However, she can itemize for cdr and her passive gives her enough mana sustain which lets her be an amazing gank initiator in bot lane (even better cause the lane is longer, meaning that when she stuns/roots the enemies they have to run a lot more before they're safe under their tower) and pretty good at following up on initiation all while being able to protect her carry with slows and her snare :3
If she gets enough gold to buy zhonyas in s4 shes probably gonna be played a ton more =D
Not sure if thers a support lissandra guide out at the moment and I'm definitely not experienced enough to write one, so you're out of luck I'm afraid 8l

Sorry to piggyback onto this guide, but it's the best Lissandra guide around - perhaps someone can lend a hand?

I'm looking for a Support Lissandra guide. I expect she will be a very capable support in S4, and it would be great to see whether anyone has experience with her in that role already. Given how well Annie works in that role, I suspect Liss is likewise quite good as a support mage.

Since I am not completely broken down after tonight, I thought it would be nice of me to finish some reviews ^^
I might not be as fresh as I usually am so if there is something odd in the review, feel free to PM me and I'll have a look at it when I actually have had some sleep!


Things to (re)consider

• I personally don't see what you are going to do with Faerie Charm if you decide to get that as your starting item. Personally I'd go Doran's Ring in 95% of my games - instead of specifically against weak enemies.
• Personally I would never recommend ever replacing Void Staff. I consider it a core item I know you already wrote it down in your comment but I rest my case.
• Perhaps rewrite "ideal mid game" to core build, or add a "core build" thingy.
• I personally don't like how the headers combine with line dividers and the overall guide layout.

Things you should add

• Some optional runes and mastery setups. For example, hybrid pen (to abuse low-ranged enemies with AA's. A lot of mids in the meta are melee so don't underestimate their power!) and a 21/9/0 mastery kit for hard matchups.
• Personally I would have loved some extra words on teleport because Lissandra is an excellent TP-ganker and splitpusher because of her skill set.
• Perhaps some items to replace GA with if you need some extra punch.
• Some images of where to ward mid lane instead of a somewhat vague explanation by text.
• Some extra information about team fights - this is where good Lissandra players distinguish themselves from the bad ones.

Things you should change

• Item chapter is a bit messed up IMO, I would rewrite this.

Overall a really decent guide, I didn't notice anything that was specifically incorrect or something like that, which is a rarity on Mobafire. Some extra depth could be added but overall a good guide.

Definitely not. Lissandra already has more than enough CC. The defense from Guardian Angel and Zhonya's Hourglass is much better than that little extra HP. The damage isn't that high either so I see no reason to take it.
Also comparing it to RoA is kind of redundant cause RoA is also bad on Lissandra. Her passive and the Ancient golem buff give her enough ways to manage her mana, the health is outclassed by defense and the damage isn't high. The fact that it takes time to stack up makes it even worse and un-effective unless bought pre 15 mins and even then there are better items. (double dornas > Abyssal/Zhonyas are much better item combinations you should consider.)

What about Rylais Cristal Scepter? Gives more HP than Rod of Ages and can be build as last item on Lissandra, giving her a little more CC to her skillset. Also the AP provided always helps.

There really aren't any other items that are as effective on Lissandra so I don't really see a point on adding a section for items that are sub par :3

I mentioned that it's interchangeable with Mastermind .
The fact that I prefer the 7 movement speed over the reduced cool down on my summoners is weird, I know. But considering how slow liss is I'll take what I can get =D

Most likely just placebo but I find it useful while roaming :3
