I think you should change up your item build a little. I think that if you're going to build tiamat, you should finish it into Hydra unless you must get something like black cleaver, and in that case, building tiamat was a mistake.
Lw is an extremely situational item. against some laners, it will work, but in most of those you're either going to win with ease, or have black cleaver. After black cleaver I think you must make the choice whether to stay in the lane or go elsewhere. If you're allowed to stay top, you can pick up lw and just shred the hell out of those kids. If not, damage items are better to finish.
Taking the MS out of combat really only helps you get back to lane faster. Butcher could be the difference between killing a minion and leaving it with 3 hp, the 25 gold is worth plenty more than most mastery points.
Runic affinity is just wasted potential on Riven. Very rarely do you get any buffs until much later in the game. I could understand it on a jungler, but you don't always double kill your lane and a double buff jungler, so I believe that either of the other choices are much better.
