I've never played Hecarim but your title caught my eye (huge Oyster Cult fan here), and your build seems like it would be fine. I think if you add some more coding and organization to your guide it'll stand out much more because as of now it's difficult to glean the appropriate information from your text without having to sit and read all of it, and peopel often don't have the time. Good work though you've got a +1 from me my friend, I'll try this next week when Hecarim's free.
