There's nothing wrong with this build. It all works together very well- The overheat to bonus damage, the spamming.

exactly. Thanks Dynamike. Ill try out some games using the Hextech, would you suggest before or after Nashor's?

If you rush the Hextech for spell vamp first this works much better. Ive drain tanked most every character type (melee, spell caster, etc) down in mid to late games by just getting spell vamp, AP, AS. Dont stop with the AP/AS as spell vamp works with both! When you strike someone when you overheat the damage is all AP!

Did the people who said ap/as was stupid even TRY the build before downvoting it?

tbh, i use this build and done just fine, the whole point of it is to overheat, you can shell out alot of damage just from your overheat. As for the skill sequence, i usually switch it up, i really focus more on maxing my Q and my ult. Otherwise, i get the shield and the harpoon depending on how it fits the situation. As for survivability, i would have thought that people would be smart enough to not follow any build on here 100% without any deviation, i leave room for you to get an item depending on your situation, but people dont seem to read... Also, if you review the talents, i went into the defensive tree just for that extra 4% less damage which makes a huge difference in team fights. I would suggest trying out the build a couple times, say at least 10 games (just to have some deviation between "data") before commenting on how the build looks and having a hypothetical theory on what would happen in a fight. Never know how it works till you try it out. If it doesn't work for you, doesn't mean it doesn't work for anyone else.

@Elchwurst: The entire concept of Ap/As is actually quite smart if you think about it, Rumble is a close range character, his overheat has lots of potential, so why not use it. If you use your Flamethrower to push you into overheat in a fight then you should be doing alot of damage. Your ult should already be down. I have completly no idea why you find this concept stupid, why do you find it stupid, atleast explain that... (btw, looks like you made another account, Robotic, just so you could downvote twice, your so cool...) You sir, are stupid =P

@Riceyrice: I get Doran's Shield because in early game, i find the health regen quite useful when im coming out of a fight, my health is usually pretty high even when im getting harassed/harassing a lot.

@MoMoChi: Just cause it didn't work once or twice doesn't mean the build doesn't work... All the builds here aren't ment to be, you do exactly this, then you auto win... These are just general concepts.

Electro harpoon is a better harasser for me, and dorans shield isn't worth it. I would rather get an amp tome for extra harassment.
