In this guide I focus on lifesteal and crit. once you get the second BT you have enough lifesteal to survive almost any battle. the third is just for the overkill of taking 3 or 4 enemy champs at once. you can replace the third BT with any other lifesteal item if you find you need armor or regen. once you have the third BT you can sale the Dorans blade to get a phantom dancer or guardian.
