Draven is a champion with insane attack power that can work greatly in your teams favor if learn how to use him. He is slightly difficult to learn but with this guide you can master him without any issue at all. He will be the most threatening person on the battlefield if he is built correctly. In this guide it will describe the basics on how to become a master at Draven.

On Draven I suggest using runes that will boosts his stats in critical hits, damage and attack speed. buying these runes will be costly but well worth it in the fight

The greater mark of strength is used to raise your damage

The greater seal of furor is used to raise the amount of damage inn a critical hit which Draven gets a lot of.

The greater glyph of Alacrity is for attack speed because you want to be able to put out as many critical hits as fast as you can.

the greater Quintessence of furor is used to raise your critical hit damage because Draven is built around his spinning axes and doing critical hits.

This will be a very short chapter because there is not much to say about the masteries you should use on Draven just put you were I showed you above.

As Draven you should by the following items in number order:

boots of speed, Health potions*3

The B.F sword (A.K.A the Best Friend Sword)

The Infinity Edge(If you end up making a trip back you can purchase one of the other pieces

finish off your berserker greaves, and continue to your phantom dancers(if you want a little attack speed early on finish the berserker greaves right away.

next item you will need is the bloodthirster you already attack fast so you are heal as much as you are dishing out.(if you want life steal early on by vamperic scepter after berserker greaves)

The perfect end game weapon for Draven is Trinity force because it gives you just a little bit of everything you could need except for a little ability power

My suggestion for a end game item is the frozen mallet it will give you life and the ability to slow them so you catch some one and get the kill.

These would be the situational items that are not listed above( replace item where need be):
thorn mail if you are v.s. a team with mostly Attack damage characters
last whisper is useful if you notice the other team is stacking Armour

This item build can work on most other Attack Damage, carries

Dravens main skill is Spinning axes and you should have it at 5 when you are level 9

Blood rush is a useful skill that works well with Spinning Axes,have this skill 5 by level 13

Stand Aside is a very helpful skill so put a point on early but it doesn't get much better so max it last at level 18

Whirling Death is a very helpful skill in a team push or in catching a runner so put a point on it whenever possible.

Wicked Blades works with all of Draven because he is based off of critical hits, so remember to keep spinning axes going to keep them bleeding.

I suggest Heal definitely to be one of your spells because Draven is kind of fragile towards the begging of the game(so remember to stay back).

Ignite is the other spell i think Draven should be using because it can be used to pick off any stragglers or people on low health.

But you can also trade out ignite for either teleport so you can get back quicker,flash to chase down someone or run away as an escape, or surge just to help you to become a killing machine but surge i lease recommend.

Remember that it is ok to drop the Spinning Axe if it will land in a danger zone

If you in a team fight try not to be the one to start it because you can just come threw and pick up the kills

If you are using Spinning Axes it is Much easier to catch them if you already have a path because the Axe will land on your path.

If you are standing still when you through the Spinning Axe it will land directly on you or to the right or left never in front or behind.

There is only one trick to farming with Draven Try to learn How much damage you do to the minions health so you know when to start hitting them.

When you are going to Gank someone with Draven lead with Blood Rush so you will be there in the blink of an eye. There is always a good chance they will run so then use Stand Aside to slow them. finally start up with Spinning Axes and continue you will start doing a lot of damage. If they run past the turret you might be able to use Stand Aside again if not finish the kill with Whirling Death.
