As I'm sure you've noticed, this is a guide for playing ADC Draaaven. Why play Draven? Let me ask you a simple question to answer yours...
Draven, the almighty King of Swing, is extremely fun and powerful. Catching his axes not only provides extra damage but it's something to keep you interested in what you're doing.
WHY THE HELL NOT?

You'll want to capitalise on Attack Damage, Attack Speed, Critical Strike, and Lifesteal. Start out with your boots and potions. Keep the pressure on the enemy team and (if your support isn't too squishy), facecheck that bush and go for first blood. Get that Bloodthirster as soon as possible. That Lifesteal and AD are sexy as could be -- you'll stay alive longer through minion waves and deal even more damage.
What's up next? Your PD. That Attack Speed and Crit is out of this world. Building some Critical Strike earlier in the game will help, especially with all that Attack Speed. More attacks means more chances to crit.
Go after your Infinity Edge next -- it's a bit more expensive, but that payout will be so worth it. Increasing your Critical Strike chance is always a nice thing, but that buff to Critical Strike damage is where the goodies come from.
I like building a Black Cleaver late-game (if we get that far), depending on what the enemy team is building. If they're not building armor, you could get away with building something like a Frozen Mallet for some CC and health.
Lastly, go for a Guardian Angel. If you die, no big. Just hope to whatever higher power you believe in (if any) that you can pick up some kills or get the hell out of the combat zone when you hop back on your feet.

Catching axes is your thing. If you say otherwise, Draven isn't for you. You want and need to catch axes to put out the most damage. Nothing is scarier than a Draven with two Spinning Axes popped, chasing after you with his Blood Rush. So, obviously, you'll want to...
Q > W > THROW DEM AXES
That's it. Just catch your axes and time your Whirling Death correctly and the enemy will be GG@20. Speaking of your ultimate...
Proper usage of your Whirling Death is important. It can easily lead to stolen kills, last-second ganks, and free kills from enemies who escaped from teamfights for whatever reason.

When I play Draven, it's always with a friend. That in-Skype synergy and being in-tune with each others' playstyle is amazing. Ideally, you'll want to run with someone who can support you while being aggressive. Sona, Leona, Taric, Nunu, Rammus, and even Nautilus. Personally, I love running with a Taric or Nunu. Taric's stun can easily give you a few seconds of uptime on your enemies. Nunu's Attack Speed buff is amazing and paired with his slows, you'll make quick work of any foe.
