In early game, if the akali is bad she will never be able to kill you, but you'll never be able to kill her either. Wait out her W (Smokering), and use your Q when she uses her Q (Shuriken). Use your ult to counter ult her execute. Use your W when she lands her initial E shuriken, and then you see her flying at you. You'll stun her and might get some free damage off.
Fizz
Don't use your E as an engage against Fizz. Save it to dodge his E, then punish him with your blink. Level 7-9, try to shove and roam, but keep in the back of your mind that he will follow.
Ahri
She used to be super easy to fight before her rework, but now she has become a gigantic pain in the ass. Try and trade Qs for a trade. She outperforms you in alot of aspects, like roaming, laning, and scaling. You can still E1-Q-E2-RB-AA through her charm, but this matchup is very rough right now. Her R (Triple Mini Dash + Mini Fire) give's her more safety then your ult, so you can all in burst her.
Yasuo
Windwall blocks your Q, his laning is better, he scales better, etc. Play for roams, and for your team instead of for laning phase. Poke out his passive shield if you want to engage or poke.
Aurelion Sol
This is a pretty easy matchup for you. W him when he is using his Q (Dragon's Breath). Try and bait out his W (Fly) and then you'll be able to all in him. Try and be aggresive early in this matchup, because he scales unbearably hard. Try to deny him farm so he doesnt get his upgraded R (Nuke)
Vex
Her passive is an anti dash/movement passive, so when you see the red bar is filled on her, don't bother engaging. If she hits her ult on you, you can premptively throw down a W to stun her when she comes flying at you. If you don't have W, you can't trade damage with her.
Zoe
You can't properly all in her if she holds onto her E (A Mimir), if she misses, or walks up into E1-E2 range, you can E1-W-E2 and potentially catch her in the stun to get a favorable trade.
Kassadin
Probably one of your worst matchups yet, he's everything you hate and your everything he can fuck up. You are short range, and he will win a full trade unless stunned. Post-6, you can't proc passive, you can't stun him, and you can't outscale him either. Not to mention he takes reduced magic damage and has a magic shield to add onto it all.
Sylas
He can do what you do, but better. If you see him do a small dash, throw down a W on yourself to shield yourself from a possible engage. Take and have Ignite into this matchup if you ever want to kill him. And if he steal's your R, never all in because then he'll just run it back.
Yone
A good yone can really fuck you up, but you can trade damage with your Q. Try and get his W (Big Slash) down so you can have a better trade. When he uses his E (Run It Back), count 5 seconds, and then throw your W on Yone's afk body for free stun/passive proc.
Irelia
She's generally a rough matchup. Pay attention to her yellow stacks, and if she has them up, just don't engage and wait it out. Watch your minion waves, and if they're low, stand a little further back, When you see her throw down her E1, (2 Blades) watch where she places the E2, and use your E to dodge.
Viktor
Viktor from arcane is just a perma-shove lane after lvl 7/9. You cant kill him, and he just pokes you out, so you have to get your kills and gold elsewhere. You can't all in him if he has his W (Yours but Better) and R (LTG Storm).
Annie
Annie is annoying. If her stun (Small Bar) is up, you lose trade, and can't proc passive, and if her E (Phoenix Wave) is up, she can normally get stun up anyway, and her E also gives her MS and a shield that keep you from winning trades as well. Just play to outshove her, respect her R(LostoHuggingBear), and pay close attention to her flash timer. Outscale and play for team.
Cassiopeia
Cassiopeia counters your E1, E2, and ult with her W (Purple Cum Pool) , does more damage than you early, and does more damage than you late, although not as bursty. Play to shove and roam, and post 6, be ready for her ult (and don't get stunned by it.
Zed
Your job is to spike early. Ult his ult and dodge Q's. You win level 2 if you dodge Q. He wins levels 3-5. You can fight him after 6, and you should beat him in teamfights. Don't all in him if he has his W up. You can rush seekers / Zhonyas if he's really good or if 3+ AD champs.
Talon
Don't let him level 2 cheese you, he's way stronger then you level with his W (Triple Shuriken) + Q (Stabby) + Ignite combo. Roam when he roams, because he will be sure to roam when he get's his 6 + E (Assasin's Creed) Same with Zed, you can rush seekers/Zhonyas depending on the situation.
Orianna
Orianna isn't too good this season, but a good orianna can be annoying. Play away from her ball so she cant W (Vibrating Ball) you, and don't all in her if she has her E (Ball Shield) on hold. Just shove and roam and she will have less imapact then you.
Vladimir
Unless vlad goes aery, this matchup is pretty good. Trade if he Qs (Bloodsuck) a minion, and never trade if his empowered Q is coming up. Buy Morello's for Grevious wounds, which will reduce his healing.
Varus
Not bad because he has like no mobility. If he has 3 W (Purple Tumors) on you, get ready for his Q (Sova Arrow) on you. Save your R for for his Q or R (Purple Root) . Otherwise, you like one shot him 80% of the time.
