Go blue/red. I recommend that you go red first. Three seconds before red spawns place your W down. When red hits you twice use your health pot. Save your smite for blue. After you kill red, go for wolves by starting off with your Q then with your W to stun. After wolves you should use another potion and go to blue. Use your W then Q, after you get blue down to low health smite it then recall, or if you have enough health go after the rift scuttle. After Rift scuttle try ganking mid then after you do recall. Then do your normal jungling path after this process. Try ganking top or bot lane when you get to level 6.
