Grasp on Ekko is surprisingly good, I have been trying a lategame ekko build with rod of ages, heartsteel and riftmaker. Results in infinitely growing AP and HP lol. Rod of ages is optional though i guess, decided to include it for the good stats

I use Heartsteel + Riftmaker quite often when creating/playing fun builds, since the hp-ap scaling you mentioned is fun.

Since ekko is melee as well, you are getting more value from Grasp, so it is quite neat.
