Either you are not a native English Speaker or you have really bad grammar(as shown in the items section when you said haunting machete instead of Hunter's Machete). It's usually the former and you should probably introduce yourself in that case and say "English is not my native language, so please forgive me". I usually dont criticize grammar then, but I might spellcheck for you if asked.

Masteries are a little dumb. Enchanted Armor may be better in this case due to really quick armor/MR gains so take out the other one and put it into offense.

ok i will take your advise and see if i can modify the masteries and see if i can get even some ad. also will try the 'e' max .... i do not know why i did not include the cdr boots as i myself build them pretty often :/ ... guess i forgot.

Build items. Standard build has grown into something like golem -> ionians -> glacial shroud / locket -> tank items. This gives you 40% cdr which combined with an E max (second) means you'll be able to hit 2-second stuns every 6 seconds and rappel every 9.

And nope, your masteries aren't good at all. Why not go 21/9/0? Its also really good to get AD masteries over the scaling AP masteriers because you're not buying much AP anyway and you've got a massive AS steriod.

You should really reconsider your rune and mastery choices, and on top of that your overall item build. Meta elise right now is heavy CDR combined with E max second. It gives you a lot more damage and overall, more combo rotations = more damage.
