I want to start off by saying I love your streams!

I have a question: Which keystone is best for low ELO? I have had a lot of success with both Conqueror and Phase Rush, but I'm not really sure which one is the best. I usually don't need the Phase Rush proc but it's useful, while I can end fights before Conqueror has any real effect.

Can you still use this guide in season 12 or was vladimir changed so much, that his runes/items need to be changed?

What is you opinion on Vladimir top?
Is it viable even though it means that your team might have no front-line so ever?
And do you have any changes to the build if you play him top or do you just go Phase Rush build?
