good update, but i would still recomend trying getting Lichbane right after boots.
Sheen+Book+boots->Lichbane is the core core of ANY eve. Rest is situational imho. Give it a go

yea before edit this was an early build i was playing with eve i have updated at this point

ok 1st of all what is up with Kage's Lucky Pick early game? o_O
Boots of swiftness are not a good choice too, you will have your ulti to chase running heroes and you need the mobility to roam a map faster for EZ mode ganks.
Even sorc boots will be better that way...
Sheen sooooo late? after sunfire (witch you should not get anyway) you cant count that enemy will be stupid and not buy oracles or plant wards...
Maybe if you are <10 lvl summoner...

No matter what you should have hate spike on lvl 3... that additional points in shadow walk will be lvled later...

This build looks like you are TOTALY passive and you are a towerhugger till lvl 6 mainly... I dont like this kind of playstyle... but k.
