Yea I know... It's sad... EVE HAVE BEEN NERFED!

But, its not a reson to dont play with her!
what change:
Only one thing... now eve can't stun.

Pros:
-sneaky champion, it's easy to go kill an enemies and run for escape the gank after.
-She can make a lot of damage (ravage have +100% ability power!)
-you can slow enemies by a lot for help allies(less powerful than stun buts it can be ok too =P)

Cons:
-invisible ward or orca can be mortal
-have not a good survability before the guardian angel.
-cant kill more than 2 champion at the time (at begin only one)
-targeted first ALL the time

Runes!

- I choose magic penetration for make a maximum of damage with Hate spike and ability power runes for hit stronger in early game.

I begin with an Sapphyre cristal becaueause you very need mana early. I sugest to take one potion of mana and one health but you can eventualy change =P

Caution

Now eve can't stun so she is hard to play at the begin try to farm faster you can to reach the lvl 6 with the boots of mobility for escape easy.

After buy meitaj is very important for help you because the best moment for eve is in middle game so if you want to continue to be good you need to be stack! after finish your shen in a lich bane. After you have the choice to buy the guardian angel or the rabadon's deathcape. If you die a lot take the first and if you didnt kill a lot take number two!
the magic thing with the gardian angel is when you die you generaly try to run before so you try to stealth but its impossible if an enemies atack you with the guardian angel, enemies cant atack you when you 'die for the first time' so when you back to live you stealth automatic! after you can run and laught of other team who try to gank you =P. In the third buid i use the Zhonya's hourglass (if you want be more offencive) at the place of the gardian. The use are similair you cast your stealth and use the active to stealth!
note: if your meitaj is'nt stacking a lot you can sell it for an other rabadons ;)

For evelyn, all skill are important so I like upgrade them in order. No other thing to said i think its easy to understand =P.

My choice:

-Exhaust: for help, run or kill, i think its my favorite!

Flash: a lot of player choose ghost but i prefear flash because if an enemie run after you, you can use flash to give you the time for stealth.

Other good choice:

ghost: but you have your ult for make you run faster

Ignite: for help you kill but i think exaust are more useful

Now, with the nerf, its more dificult to help an allie but you can slow or use exaust!
