Introduction

Hello, this is caimsama lvl 30 on the US server, This build is something i wanted to do long time ago when eve has been nerfed, but didn't have the time to, however, eve can still rock even after the nerf. it's just that you need to change your playing style with her a bit
don't go for people who you know you can't kill, like tanks, don't go for people who are not alone, and everything will go alright.

Summoner Spells

i advice you take flash and ignite, with eve, and everyone else, flash is a very good chasing-running spell and it can be used to gank through walls, ignite is for a guaranteed kill, for those who wanna run with low HP, ignite them and wait for the good news, it can be also used against champions like fiddlesticks and warwick, to lower their healing amount by half, and don't forget that you can cast ignite while stealthed.

but you can use every spell out there except for rally and fortify.

Pros / Cons

pros:
She is a very good early game - mid game ganker.
She has a 1:1 AP ratio on her E, which is so powerful.
Her ulti is very good for chasing and running, it can be used late gate for it's AS.
Her Q can be used to farm quick enough at the beginning of the game

Cons:
She is so squishy, in this build, I'm focusing on getting the kill in 1-1,5 seconds and there is no survivability this build except for her flash and ulti ( in teamfights )

Team Work

Early game, after you get sheen, your ganks will be fantastic, try to help the mid and the other side lane to get fed and get your team fed.

Mid game, you keep wandering the map, when you see someone in the river, their jungle, your jungle, make sure he's alone, if he's alone and you're sure you can get him by yourself, the go for it, if he's not alone, or a little strong for you, call on your teammates.

Late game, you don't join the teamfights from the beginning, you wait a little for wounded people to run and kill them, or you take their main mage and die with him, unless you have flash.

Unique Skills

This build main objective is to kill your opponent in less than 1,5 seconds, in time that he can't realize what just happened to him, get as much AP as you can and skill E + Lich Bane will do their job.
