The evelynn is a realy fast champion but she haven't got a lot of healt. This build will make the evelynn realy stronger and usefull for teamfight start, killing enemys and destroy towers.
You can have good Ability power amount ( for "Hate Spike") and a good amount of Attack damage ( for "Ravage"). And yes a lot of speed!

The skill sequence is builded for make the evelynn faster and stronger. Hate Spike have a realy small cooldown so you can spam it, ravage speed up your attack speed and deal a good damage,dark frenzy make the evelynn run faster so you can escape or reach any point in some seconds and the last but not lesser important is agony's embrace realy usefull for start teamfight, slow enemy, deal damage and get a good shield.
