This is my thought in AD Ezreal. Comment & Rate!
Ezreal is a Skill Shot based DPS (damage per second) champion. His 'Q' ability, Mystic Shot is a low Cooldown (CD) Attack Damage (AD) based skill. His 'W', Essence Flux, deals damage to only other champions and increases/decreases the attack speed of allied and enemy champions. His 'E' Arcane Shift is a great escape/chase ability with a free flash skill. 'R' Trueshot barrage is Ezreal's only multi creep damaging ability.

Fun to learn
Hard to learn
Mana hungry early game.
No seducing phrases
Mystic Shot (Q) - The main source of damage in all AD Ezreals.
1:1 Attack Damage ratio.
Fast projectile speed.
Essence Flux (W) - The AOE champion target spell.
1:.7 Ability Power ratio.
Passes through minions.
Increases/Decreases hit champion's attack speed.
Large hit box.
Arcane Shift (E) - The Escape + strong AP damage.
1:.75 Ability Power ratio.
Ground jump spell.
Deals damage to closest enemy.
Trueshot Barrage (R) - Global Skill Shot nuke.
1:.9 Ability Power ratio
Does large amount of damage to enemies in a line, globally.
-Doran's Bladebecause the natural regen from level up (runes) and masteries.
-Meki Pendantif you don't think you will need the early health and damage.
-Manamunegives great damage and mana due to low cooldown to charge up.
-Sheenworks with your Mystic Shot when hit, deals a lot of extra damage.
-Boots Of MobilityEzreal is a VERY slow character, he depends on this item to have map mobility.
-Brutilizerhelps deal damage cause of the armor penetration. (has a cost of 1337 total ;D)
-Black Cleaverthe items that causes you to deal full damage from its armor penetration.
-Blood ThirsterMystic shot will heal you and minion kills give damage and more life steal percentage.
-Trinity Forcebonus damage, chance to slow, movespeed, attack speed, health, mana, ap, what else can i say?
-Youmuu's GhostbladeArmor penetration, critical stike, damage and the extra of attacking and moving faster at the click of an item.
You can sell Youmuu's Ghostblade for the following items;
-Frozen Malletgreat health boost, guarantee slow and a bit of damage.
-Last Whisperextra damage and 40% armor penetration.
ANY LANE IS FINE. Don't fight for mid if your team wants it.
LAST HIT. Fire the finishing blow on minions to ensure you get the 20-30 extra gold.
DON'T WASTE MANA. Only harass if you are 100% sure your skill will hit them. If you have meki pendant, feel free to fire away.
READ MIA, CALL MIA. Call MIA (Missing in action) if anyone in your lane has gone and you are uncertain where they are. ALWAYS read MIA's if you are extending on to enemy territory (past their river).
WATCH THE MINI MAP. If your teammates are charging into battle and you are not anywhere near, fire a Trueshot Barrage into the action to get some bonus gold, even a kill, or save a friend.
GANK. If an enemy champions is alone and overextending onto your side, ask some teamates (or alert ping) to gank(suprise attack) them.
REMEMBER DO NOT ONLY DEFEND, PUSH.
LEARN TO AIM. attack the ones on the opposite team that DEAL the most damage, not the ones that TAKE the most damage.
STAY ALIVE Attack from afar when possible. You are your team's DPS (damage per second) champion.
PUSH WITH MINIONS. When you see large group of minions and most of the other team is dead, push the lane with your team and the minions.
MOST IMPORTANTLY WIN!
WHY ESSENCE FLUX OVER ARCANE SHIFT?
Although Arcane Shift decreases cooldown per level, it won't be enough to deal damage THEN escape if the opponents wreck your team. Using it once is probably the max when they aim for you. Essence flux helps your team a lot more and does damage to multiple targets at once. IMO it's a better choice to max first.
WHY BOOTS OF MOBILITY?
These boots give Movement Speed 5; 130 movespeed. And Movement speed 2 in combat; 70. Without mobility boots his movespeed would be 375. LOWER than most chapion's movespeed. He will not be able to chase or rune away.
Ezreal isn't a tank so he won't need defense. He doesn't need 21 in utility because his cooldowns are low, doesn't need mana regen late game, mobility for movespeed and he doesn't jungle for a living so he won't need the masteries for it. 21 in offence because he's a dps, needs the penetration and needs the damage.
