I agree TOG into AS will up your ability power lot in the end while still allowing you the mana regen and then it will allow you to drop the mana regen runes for some more attack speed or or magic pen. Other then that a very solid build for anyone with a good skill shot.

I suggest getting tear a goddess instead of chalice. and near the end of the game or mid game invest it into an archangels staff
