Introduction
This build excels in creep murder, and in late game, champion murder.
To be honest, this Ezreal has consistent DPS and is a great teamfighter, but lacks in serious burst DPS. For a build that helps you assassinate with Ez, I suggest you seriously take a look at Booshido's AD Ez build.
The summoner spells I take are Clarity and Teleport.
Combining Wriggles Lantern and Teleport gives you a means to kill fleeing enemies, especially late game. This also allows you to farm up the enemy jungle for buffs. An Ezreal with a Lizard Elder Buff hurts.
Considering that you won't be getting mana regen for a while, taking Clarity is always a good idea. You can also bait opponents by making them think you don't have mana for your shots to spare for a quick flash effect from your E or a quick ult. Remember, Clarity gives mana to your allies, so you can support them in time fight by keeping their attack speed up and keeping them hydrated with mana.

Wriggles Lantern like many other items couples with your Q. This essentially means that you can trigger it's creep killing effects quite often in lane. Your Madred's razor also works in unison with lantern as they have different effects, meaning you'll be able to wipe creepwaves very quickly. Use this to push lanes fast while their team is busy dealing with other threats. Because of your speed, feel free to use Teleport to get to another lane after you'd pushed another lane to the brink of a tower. If they entire team decides they've had enough of your **** at top for example, a well placed ward can alert you of their approach. Teleport to bot and push for a different tower. This is the same idea behind Utility AP TF.
As I said before, utilizing Teleport with your Wriggles Ward will help you land kills. Late game, you will find your opponents barely making it out alive of fights. If you save your ult and teleport to a ward in their jungle or out in the field, you have a better chance of taking them by surprise with an ult from the direction they are walking towards.
Teamfights in the jungle are especially entertaining. When a fight starts, flash through a treeline and support your team with your shots. Feel free to flash into the battle with you E when it comes up again and focus the squishier targets. UTILIZE YOUR SPELLS WHEN THEY ARE OUT OF CD. Learning to spam EQ shots in unison is key to proper Ezreal use.
