Most people think that this build is troll, and they probably think about who will go Ezreal top ? Well AP Ezreal top is really strong at this point because most of the top lane champions have melee attacks which is really weak against Ezreal. With your core build you can take kills very easy, you just slow them with Iceborn Gauntlet and Rylai's and they are done or you can easily escape with your Rylai's and Iceborn Gauntlet. You have to get tanky items or else you will be killed really easy by some of the "broken" top lane champions. All you need to know is dodge/damage with E, slow/damage with W, damage with Q and just finish them off with R. If you want to make sure it works, just try it a normal game first and If you like it, it can be a strong pick even in ranked games. Keep in mind that this build is only for top lane not for mid/bot lane!
