For sure I just like to explain why I build the way I do. The new masteries must have got messed up somehow thanks for pointing that out! Will fix that right now. Anyhow, I like to have max CDR, which this build doesn't even achieve but the CDR you get with it helps you out a lot. You put out many more shrooms that deal a s@#$load of damage. All of the runes I choose are picked for early game. You start with good damage output, giving you the lane advantage and allowing you to get kills quickly. You can change the runes up but those 4 stats you get from my rune choices are essential to the build.

I think it's also better to consider a more defensive summoner spell replacing either Exhaust or Ignite.

On to the runes. I find that I don't need that much cooldown reduction on Teemo. Plus, you really shouldn't be putting CDR runes in seals. Fix up your introduction, it's basically a wall of text, and no one would really bother reading through that would they? Most of the parts in the intro are supposed to be in other places, namely, gameplay.

It's good to list alternative rune choices and summoner spell choices and outline what uses they may have.

Put in a skill order section to explain why you max out this ability over that ability. For example, state why you choose to max out Toxic Shot over Blinding Dart and when to use alternative skill orders etc.

Another suggestion, put in a situational items section, because counter-building the enemy team is what will make you even deadlier, AND allow you to survive longer. Also, try to include a generic gameplay section telling people what you do and how you do this.

This is all I have to say. I'm not going to upvote yet because of the many things you can add and improve. If you're serious about this build, consider the points I've made above.

Generally, a nice build and it seems to be legit.


1. There is no way I would replace either Spell on this build. They are both essential.
2. This isn't a defensive build, its an offensive build.
3. CDR is part of the build to give you lots of shrooms, because your shrooms give you a ton of damage and I like having them everywhere.
4. Sorry about the color, its just easier to read on my screen than white.
5. This build is specific and tailored to maximize damage output. If you want a sissy la la build with health and mana regen, go elsewhere. All of the runes and masteries are tailored to the build so why would I list alternatives?
6. Give the build a go and try it out in game you'll like it.
