This is my build, ive found it works wonders. You dont start with jungler skills, but by the time you hit level 6 and get crowstorm you will be ganking like no other. Skills go as follows:

Drain,fear,drain,fear,darkwind,crowstorm and just level fear and drain up first and crowstorm whenever you get the point.

Items i go for:
Mejai's
Rod of Ages
boots of swiftness
Zohnya's ring

following 2 wont really matter, once you get 20 stacks of mejai's you can get anything for last 2 depending on wether or not you need more health or want more AP, i usually go for catalyst for health. Youre going to cut through anything less than a tank in a second or 2.

Fiddlesticks is a squishy booger, so try to not put yourself into a position to end up tanking the enemy team or youre going to lose mejai's stacks real fast.
