Hi, i would first off like to say that i like your guide a lot. It is a very good guide a led me to many good scores, AND ITS ONLY MY SECOND DAY WITH HER. KDS: 12/3, 12/0, 54/12, etc.

I just have a few comments, feel free to use my suggestions or not. I will not be hurt if you dont. (Btw, i'm not going to mention a lot about the things i like, because that is about 98% of the guide!):
- I noticed that on the jungle section, you don't use all 18 points for abilities. You forgot to put a 5th point into the E

- In my game where i ended 54/12, i faced a few problems, such as health, more damage, sustain in 1v1s, and just overall, looking for better things to get. I quickly noted that once you got your full build, if the enemy AP carry was doing little to no damage, and you are having no problems with cc, you are able to sell your boots and get a phantom dancer. I also realized, that if you seem to be taking little to no damage, because you are not getting focused, another bloodthirster could replace the frozen mallet.

- I PERSONALLY feel that boots and potions is a better start than cloth pots in top lane. I feel that it gives much more security knowing that a gank is easier avoided and that harassment is easily dodged with these.

- I enjoy the two bloodthirsters... they let me solo baron :)

- Back to the phantom dancer instead of boots topic. A constant comment on this is "UHHH HUR DUR PHANTOM DANCER GIVE LESS SPEED TEN MERCURY BUTTS." Normally, I would take this into consideration, but considering fioras E, "Each basic attack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her Movement Speed by 7 / 9 / 11 / 13 / 15 % for 3 seconds, stacking up to 3 times," fiora doesn't seem to need the extra movementspeed. And if you feel that the movement speed added by E isnt enough, don't forget that you have two lunges and an ulti(R).

-I feel that there isn't enough tankiness early game from just a phage. I feel that a full mallet should not be made, before a bloodthirster, for many reasons, but the main being lifesteal. I concluded to get a giants belt after the first bf sword.

-As a player that tends to be stuck with jungling 90% of the time when playing with friends(because most aren't "great" at or prefer to jungle) I don't take double golems. I feel that double golems damage too much, and on a squishy champion like fiora, it is very dangerous to go for double golems. In my opinion, I would only go for double golems if you were able to take red buff without using smite, if there are 0 POSSIBLE GANKS, or you had a hard damage/ leash at blue. By possible ganks, i mean ganks that you THINK can work. IMO, jungle is all about taking risks.

-Some people think that the only good top laners are tanky, so why can't fiora be built more tanky!? You may want to insert a tankier guide, such as boots -> vampiric -> mallet -> bloodthirster(bt) -> atmas, etc

-My Ton of friends, including other people on mobafire, realize that IE is very viable on fiora, along with her high attack speed, the crits are insane. Might want to put it somewhere in in the "more options" section

-Personally, i see more of a use in Armor pen marks, because ad runes can be stopped by armor

-I noticed that teemo is not under the top laners section. If you want help with it, then here:

Difficulty pre-6:HELL
Difficulty post-6:Hard

Teemo is a very strong counter to fiora, and can beat fiora in any 1v1 aslong as played properly by teemo and not fiora. Luckily, you and others have this section to help deal with this "op teemo" that people say to run from.
Before level 6, avoid teemo at all costs. Once teemo lands his blinding dart, which (so i believe) cannot be stopped by fiora's W, you can do absolutely nothing but lunge and lunge and hope that lunge never goes on cooldown.
After level 6, call for ganks. When your ganks come, lunge, then ulti, and hopefully your phage will get the slow for the jungle to do the work.
Aslong as you get a lot of ganks, you should be fine against teemo. Keep your eyes out for your jungler, call for ganks, and don't worry about ganks from the enemy. The enemy jungler will most likely be focused on other lanes, considering teemo is such a big counter to fiora, until you get fed. Most teemos dont think enough to blinding dart during an enemy gank, so use this to your advantage

Tips:
Call for ganks, theyre your friends

Keep some range, teemo can do massive damage to you

never 1v1 him unless you are sure that your ulti will do most of the work

Keep an eye around and just be careful of the shrooms.

Other than these comments that i have on your guide, i don't think that theres anything else. Your guide is very good... Better than i could ever make a fiora guide into :P. Good luck in the future with this guide, and thanks once again for the build. Also sorry about the wall of text :P.

You know, there isn't always a build you should always do in the same way. I put that build since it is the standard build.
About tankiness, I always play aggressive and I buy aggressive champions like : Talon, Nocturne, Akali, Teemo. I am playing for an year now, and I got used to be squishy and deal a huge amount of damage. It really depends on your preferences.
I won't like to sell my boots since, her Burst of Speed has a relatively long cooldown and you won't be able to always benefit from it and I really think that she loses effectiveness. And I personally don't like infinty edge, but yes, it is a viable item for Fiora.
And about jungling, people requested me to add jungle section. I will improve it these days and I will improve all my guides but yeah, Double Golems are always not a priority.
I didn't finish the match-ups but I wish I will finish them soon, thanks for the review!

Build:
TONS OF DAMAGE! On first sight I don't see that much difference in the jungle and top build, but I know Fiora: she needs TONS OF DAMAGE anyhow. And I know all those items work awesome on her. She is unique buildwise and playwise. This is why I don't have much to say about her build, since Ive only played her a few times. On second sight, the builds do differ, so dont worry xD.

Layout
Love the layout! So many pictures and things. One thing to note on the layout, is maybe the order you put your chapters in. You have Jungling, then Warding, Solo Top blalba, then Ganking. In my eyes it would make more sence to have like Jungling, Ganking and before that everything you need on Top. It makes it easier to search through, like if I want to jungle Fiora, I need to go to Jungling, then scroll down and down, then get to ganking. Apart from that <3 the layout.

Enjoyment to read
You have just so much detail, information and pictures on this guide that it is very enjoyable to read. No walls of text or stuff like that. Like I said, only the chapter order but nothing more.

Extra information
Plenty of extra info. On every ability, every item, even how-to-teamfight in high detail. The pictures makes it easy to understand.

Overal
Nothing to complain about this guide. It is very good. I would use this if I would play Fiora in either top or jungle. Good job making this. Deffinatly deserves the +1.

Let's get this out of the way right now: You have a good guide here. All of the stuff I am about to list is fairly minor.

  • "No escape mechanism" Eh, not really. Lunge can be easily used to escape via minions or wards, as you point out yourself. You want to always have an escape route planned via these two if you believe you are in danger.

  • Your mastery explanations feel really weird. You might want to work on them. Speaking of that, you can modify your masteries in the champion select, so you can take Veteran's Scars and appropriate resistances.

  • Why not take, say, ArP marks? Give some rune options.

  • Boots first are also really good against skillshots, like Kennen's shuriken or Infected Bonesaws. Also, seen a few Fioras run IE effectively, might want to include it as an option.

  • Garen is not that easy as you make him out to be at all. It is quite easy to force a Riposte as Garen with Decisive Strike, only to last hit a minion with it. Garen only has the thing on cooldown after that, and you lose some significant mana. Also, a lot of them started building damage thanks to the popularity of spin to crit, and, well, you can't just stay there, especially thanks to the new Courage. He can also force short fights, in order to negate Duelist, then let his minions take a chunk of your health down if you choose to engage after the fight.

Otherwise, this a really nice guide.

I'm really not fond of your choice of Wriggle's Lantern, and also your defense mastery doesn't make much sense. You can't get to Veteran's Scars with only 2 points into Durability .

Very nice build, AND it is pretty ; )

The items selection proposed in the build should work fine for Fiora.
