Fiora Passive Ability
Fiora the artist of speed

I think Fiora is an extremely deadly carry. it is Kind of like master yi, better than yi in short bursts of attacks
This champion is best to play offensively you will like it if you like pushing and soloing
You will not like this champion if you only want to do constant farming
Fiora has plenty of attack speed, you buy things that increases the critical chance then try to top your AS.
So I came out with this build to maximize her damage output especially in the late game.

Duelist - Fiora regenerates Health over time each time she deals physical damage. Striking champions will cause this effect to stack up to 4 times. This won't be a passive to save your life but it does mean you have more lane sustainability. If you're pushing well then Fiora's health will regenerate faster every time you attack a enemy champion.
Lungue - Fiora dashes forward to strike her target, dealing physical damage. A handy little gap-closer. Lunge towards your target and strike them down! This is a nice way to get to a squishy champion that could be hiding in the back of a team fight or to chase down a champion that is fleeing the battle.
Riposte - Passively gives Fiora attack damage. Fiora parries the next basic attack and reflects magic damage back to the attacker. A great ability for junglers as it will reflect the damage from a big mob as well as give you a boost to your attack. In lane it helps you reflect any auto attack from a champion or large minion. This attack will also negate any on hit effects damage wise, such as sheen or Trinity, but won't negate any crowd control effects.
Burst of Speed - Fiora gains additional Attack Speed. Each basic attack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her Movement Speed. This is where Fiora gets her burst damage, in simple, pure auto-attacks. Burst of Speed is great to help chase champions as well if they start to run from you as you also get a boost to movement speed ONLY IF you land a attack first. Burst of Speed also gets a speed boost when you land Lunge although it's better to chase a champion with your movement speed boost before using Lunge to stick with them.
Blade Waltz - Fiora dashes around the battlefield, becoming untargetable in the process, and striking random enemy champion(s) This ultimate is just beautiful in my opinion, its a great way to finish off champions and as a way to avoid damage as you become untargetable. Fiora dashes around enemy champions and deals damage as she does so. She will jump from one champion to the next but she will always finish on the champion that she started the attack on. This ultimate isn't great as a initiator or as a way to enter a team fight because it greatly reduces the damage you do to a single champion. That being said, this ultimate is great for a 1v1 fight! Simply Riposte -> Burst of Speed -> Riposte -> Blade Waltz -> Riposte and rinse and repeat. The reason I didn't include Lunge is because I'd rather use that as a chaser ability rather then a damage dealing one.

So Fiora is a duelist, so she is best in low number fights. So this idea of an unrivaled duelist is pretty pinpoint. She is **** in the early game.
*Keep in mind you do not have start with boots, cloth armor 5 pots tends to counter any early trades resulting in a level and farm advantage, an advantage that truly benefits Fiora, as more AD, Atk Spd, Armor and Health
Countering with items is your first step to winning with Fiora, she already has an advantage using her passive, why not make it bigger? I also beleive witht he right support fiora has great potential as a melee range bot lane, obviously this is untested but her kit seems to counter most other ad carries. Against A strong Harass Ranged lane I have experimented leveling parry and seen great success against what is typically a melee counter.
He gap closer is effective to engage and ranged AD with minimal damage if using her parry correctly. Her steroid once you get close to your opponent will make your opponent think twice.
I'll leave you with a mind set of playing fiora, scare your opponents and engage when you know its safe and will land a kill. Please keep in mind the item set is not final, its a temporary well working build. Anyway Good Luck and enjoy the new first blood champion.
You shouldn't be the first to initiate in team fights. If a team fight starts off, target one of their suishy carries. Don't use your ultimate until you are around 60% hp because it will regenerate a lot of health. Chase down running carries with Lunge and Burst of Speed. They won't be able to get away because of your Frozen Mallet and Exhaust.

Ganking - Do not try to gank until you have lunge. then you can flash out of a bush and target them ult then if needed lunge again due to it's ability to be used twice before going on cool down. its ok if you turret dive to do this if you have your ult. your passive will fully stack after your ult healing you quickly.
Turrets - turret dive is possible in late games with the help with your E ability
