I didn't like your build. You need to change your runes I think

Quicksilver Sash and Thornmail should be situational items i think, get QSS if their team has lots of CC and thornmail if they have heavy amount of AD chars

Hi there. I think this is a decent Fiora setup; it is a bit similar to how I build her and you have coded this guide nice enough. In your masteries, though, I think I would take the points out of extra critical damage and attack damage/total damage in exchange for health in the defense tree.

I also see Thornmail as being more of a situational item than something that would go in the main build, but that's my opinion.

i noticed that on your pros/ cons section, you said that Fiora has no escape mechanisms, i must disagree with you. Your Lunge ability can be used to lunge from champion to creep thus creating a larger distance than simply running, but this only works if there are creeps around. Also your Riposte can scare champions from chasing you if you are both on low hp. Burst of Speed allows you to gain movement speed for 3 seconds with 3 stacks max if you hit a creep or champion, thus allowing you to get away if the effect hasnt worn off. Not to mention your ult is epic, you cant be targeted when using your ult Blade Waltz and it also makes you incapable of being hit by a turret, this ult can bring down enemies that have more health than you when your running away and you have less health, but this shouldnt be used unless you know they can't use some sort of cc or dash/ lunge attack of their own. So i think Fiora does have escape capabilities but its difficult because she is squishy not because she doesnt have any mechanisms, thats my view ;)

A decent idea that you can probably work with. I think that your build is a little conflicting, jumping around a bit between off-tank and true AD carry. Try and narrow down what it is you want.
It looks like you got a little chart crazy with your layout. Sometimes icons are a bit more appropriate then large sections of pre-made displays.
Add a few more sections to the guide too, such as laning and what role you play on the team.
Don't be afraid to add a little more color to things.

A decent guide that needs a little more work to be ready.

you have some very decent coding and all. think that thornmail is more of a situational item though. i also think a layout for your pros/cons section would be nice. you should also add more situational items and start on a section about lane phasing and lane matchups.
