As the youngest child of the noble House Laurent, Fiora always considered herself destined for greatness. The Laurents had dominated the dueling culture of Demacia's aristocracy for centuries, and Fiora's father was regarded as one of the finest swordsmen the nation had ever seen. Inspired by his tales of glory, Fiora began training as soon as she could wield a blade and quickly showed greater talent than any of her siblings. As she grew older, her self-confidence and rigid discipline only widened the gulf of expertise between Fiora and her peers. Her fellow duelists perceived her confidence as arrogance, but none could defeat her in combat, and each new victory only heightened her lofty self-esteem. Even so, Fiora never allowed herself to become complacent in her training, and she drove herself ever harder to become a worthy successor to her father's legacy.
Her devotion turned out to be misplaced. On the eve of an arranged duel, Fiora's father was caught slipping a slow paralysis poison into his opponent's drink. Following the incident, many of his past opponents came forward with their own accusations: envenomed weapons, bribery, blackmail, and more. In an instant, he had destroyed his family's honorable reputation. Fiora was outraged. Not only had her hero betrayed her ideals, but also Demacia's dueling elite now doubted her own ability. She desperately wanted to wipe the stain from her family's history but, even more, she wanted the world to acknowledge her mastery. She found her solution in the one arena where she could fight the world's strongest warriors without being accused of dishonesty: the League of Legends.

Hello, first off i just would like to say that you need to realize that Fiora is a carry you need to lane with someone that can carry you with ease, mostly i would pick a tank to lane with me because then they will decide to back off because even though your health is so minuscule you have a big intimidating tank right next to you. Of all the tanks i would pick volibear he's very reliable with is hp and his slow and knockback and if you even get one that will let u farm some kills then the enemy teams in big trouble. Fiora is AMAZING at killing minions quick and easy.
Fiora is a nice assasin.

It doesn't matter what Runes you get as long as they are reasonable I always get some extra movment speed because Fiora dies fast so a nice exit is always nice and some cooldown reduction helps but armor is ALWAYS nice addition also.

I'm just going for a lot of attack damage so my e does massive damage.
If you would prefer a attack speed Fiora I haven't tried one but I have seen some and they do alright but i'm better :D
You are obviously not getting both of those boots but 1 of the 2.
The only thing I would change about my build is if there is a attack speed stacker get thornmail
because that you cant go up against.

I don't have any other masteries I would recommend but if you would like to change stuff up I know you know you are welcome to do so but my masteries I'm pretty happy with :P
but it doesn't matter as long as you fill up your offensive mastery spec.

Fiora's Ulti is Very well for turret rushing because you take no damage while in your ulti

IDC i prefer ghost and ignite because Fiora has low hp and can't turret dive often so i just get ignite so I don't have to but i guess you could also settle for heal or flash again it all just depends on your play style.

Q – Lunge: Fiora dashes forward to strike her target, dealing physical damage. Fiora can perform the dash a second time within a couple seconds at no mana cost.

W – Ripost: (Passive) Fiora’s Attack Damage is increased. (Active) Fiora parries the next basic attack from a champion or monster and reflects magic damage back to the attacker.

E – Burst of Speed: Fiora gains Attack Speed for a couple seconds. Each basic attack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her Movement Speed, stacking.

R – Blade Waltz: Fiora dashes around the battlefield striking random champions dealing physical damage. Successive strikes against the same target deal less damage.

Fiora is all about first blood and taking kills because she is a carry.
and make sure to get lots of minions.
