Your greatest enemy is yourself.
Your Q and R are blocked by his windwall. All he has to do is throw down a windwall between you and his team, and then you're going to have trouble initiating, as your second cast of R will just break on the windwall.
You cannot outdamage Tryndamere. You cannot outheal Tryndamere. If you attempt to do either in a one-on-one situation, you will die. If your laner is there, you will be massively hurt. If his laner is there, you will die. If both laners are there, you will die.
Want to know what this six-eyed monster from Icathia can do? Stun you in the middle of your combo while you're spitting fire, jump out of range of said combo, and then kill you while you try to run. Of course, if he can't stop your combo, then you can take him.
His Q shouldn't hurt too much. His stun doesn't do enough damage to kill you. His E is a bit annoying to deal with, but it should be fine, since your pillar and charge isn't where the damage comes from. After his shield goes down, finish your combo. And if he wants to ult out? You have a total of three knockups in your kit, stop him!
A good Q will dodge your entire combo, his E ignores the armor your passive and items give, but at least you can knock him out of Meditate.
If Ornn can get a knockup on one or several opponents, Yasuo can ult them. Ornn has many knockups.
Anivia's ice wall is the basis of her combo with Ornn. It's a wider wall for him to charge at, his opponents will be trapped against the wall when his ult bears down on them, and Ornn's Q and Anivia's wall can seal off the entire lane.
It's hard to keep your combo going for long enough, but if you can get several knockups at once and keep them there for any amount of time, Fortune's R will shred them.
