ok i played against 27-30 lvls 2 matches with my bulid and stats were:

1st lost -due to adc afk-
12/7/12
2nd won
6/3/13

Now you will say they were probably low elo, man i have 18 lvl and almost no runes (just 5mr and 5arm) and i think that now dosen't really matter if they were low elo or not, they still had upperhand on me and still managed to win.

Well then packlit how you will explain it? all my games no matter won or lost my scores were always on +. ofc i loose some of games because 1 player cant win whole game when everyone sucks. Today was on solo top against veigar+talon (they were premade) and i quite raped them, i made them to burn their mana so my jungling friend could come and gank and we won whole match. i ended up with scores 7/8/27, now tell me how bad my bulid is, but please, try it first.

yeah but her ult spins like bola xD and what is about not having lvl 30? does game change that much? i just wanted to share my bulid and strategy and all i got is just a flame about not having 30 lvl wow. very constructive critic.
