Why play Malzahar support with this build?
This off-meta build after buying some items can be pretty rewarding: you perma-slow thanks to your first item, Rylai's, while keeping yourself safe with shields, one of which you already have at level 1 thanks to Malzahar's passive.
Overall it's a build i recommend to anyone that wants to try something different than the "classic" support playstyle.
