Introduction
What the hell? Rush Frozen Mallet? YES!
I found that playing Fiora, it really is irritating when you have to leave a battle because your as fluffy as a french croissant, or because your speed is JUST slow enough to let them escape even just once. (UNACCEPTABLE!) To compromise, Frozen mallet is the perfect follow up to boots.
Obviously starting with your boots (Unless you're jungling, then same rules apply, just add in the Wriggle's), I chose the Tabs because I did want to keep this Fiora a tad more on the bulky side, rather than a knock off of Master Yi, only with bigger boobs and a sweet ***.
As with what i previously said, speed or CC is very vital as a bulky early game Fiora. So without going for the CC, PHANTOM DANCERS! Theses babies will guarantee you quick, menacing strides across the map and back. (I sell that off pretty good dont I?)
Now to hit like a bloodsucking truck, 2 straight Bloodthirsters. Basically self explanatory, *** loads of damage, **** loads of life steal to stay your own bulky self.
The final item, this is where it gets a little messy if you are a newer player to the game. You need to be able to decide what item to get lastly, either your 3rd BT, or another PD.
(Here's a quick guide to help decide what to get)
3rd BT-
If you are playing a team that is bulkier then a s-o-b, you might need the extra damage to health steal for survivability.
2nd PD-
If you are playing a team that is more agile, seems to gank often, tends to be a little squishier (not meaning a team full of only squishy casters, I mean saying they have fewer then 2 tanks, you can kind of assume what I'm hinting at here), then 2PD's will help much much more then 3 BT's.
