I recently tried this build. This build is not a serious build and unless you are a GOD at Vi you probably shouldnt play this build. The Objective of this build is to use your W and annihilate people in a 1v1 by catching them out with the burst of TF and then PUNCH THEM TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH with your rageblade bloodrazor and your W.
