Thanks for the tips. Tried out what you guys said and I found it so much easier. Thought what I had was enough defense, figured out there was no such thing.

has as much hp as the ps3 has games.

people nowadays are afraid of randuins,(galio core?!?! what?) sunfire, and warmogs. This build is good if you like dying whenever you ult. Hint: Galio has an MR/Armor steroid you will almost always use on yourself, so dont be afraid to get some hp.

I'm sure what you're saying is true, but like I said, I don't play ranked much, so my gameplay is just core. I don't see the need in taking FoN, when towards the end of the game it isn't very crucial to have all the Magic Resist. The reason I took Rabadon's was to give you that boost to AP. Of course you're not gonna have as much as the dps on your team, but it's about making it easier for your team to get the kill, which you can do by doing more damage. As for my masteries. Early/mid game is crucial, I'm sure you know this. I took Clarity because it allows you to harass while staying in your lane longer. I will take your advice on moving Aegis earlier though.
Thanks for your thoughts.

Sorry for making it to 2 comments, but I need to recheck your masteries.

Masteries
1% of your max mana is convert to hp regen is kinda useless. Well, maybe not since you are a tank. It adds 15 hp/5sec, which is 3hp/sec. It kinda sucks, but its viable, seeing you don't take Ninja Tabi. So its kinda better. LOL

Good hands maxed takes off 7 seconds of your death timer. Its crucial and SHOULD BE MAXED.
Regen on the other hand, if counted with Strength of Spirit, Its roughly 1 and a half additional hp/5sec and 1 mp/5sec. Its useless for almost all champs. Ignore.

105% of 1510 is 75 additional mana at maxed. It probably gives a tiny bit at the start, which is kinda useless.

Hope it helps :)

I find your Galio very fragile and early-mid game, you'll have problems against a carry team. Also, I don't find that starting with Null-magic Mantle is good, if you need MP regen, just take meki pendant, if you play conservative enough, you may not even need clarity.

An item I suggest is warmog. Like the previous comment, I also support FoN for being one of the best anti-magic item (plus the fact it gives 0.35% regen). However, I don't think Rabbadon's deathcap is good, despite magic resist converting to AP part, as you do little damage as compared to other members of your team. Also, take note that Aegis is an early-mid game item, yes its good, but in later game it isn't really that useful, so if you want it in your core and it to be useful, put it earlier ahead.

Great build, very similar to how i play galio, except you are missing one key item FORCE OF NATURE this item is perfect for galio when facing a team with AP, lots of resist, some nice hp regen and it buffs your own AP
