Review:

You have no ArP, therefore any bruiser and above will tank your damage quite easily.

You wait much too long before building any defensive items.

Double is an overkill, try getting something else like or .

start is never optimal on . You will get bullied out of lane very hard by any aware opponent.

Consider using 21/9/0 masteries or 16/14 for a bit more defense in the lane.

Crit chance runes are not a good choice, it would be better to put in straight ArP or AD marks, and all Armor seals, and ArP or AD quints.

It's too difficult to rely on chance "crit" to win your lane.

One other thing, the enemy jungler will gank you a lot since you don't have flash to get away from a gank. won't always save you.
