There is one very important problem with this build - the build order is wrong. IE should be first out (or Warmogs) and not Statikk Shiv - that should come after IE and Warmogs. Even though Gangplank has an AD steroid from his E, bonus AD still remains far more useful than attack speed in mid game, as it puts more power behind Parrrley.

I kinda like the build, but may i suggest Mercury's Treads? Apart from that, it is a good crit build.
