1. Thanks but I'm still looking over how to input those item strings and what not. Regular pictures I can do if i can find and upload them. Will get to that a little later.

3. Doran's shield may be a good starting item, but you already have the runes for that. Besides, laning with the shield will tone done your threat level at the start. This build requires Garen to generate a threat level, at the same time making it so that the enemy wants to kill you, they can but will have to pay a price in terms of mana/energy, and skill usage.

4. Well, this Garen is supposed to be a tanky/burst build, and the reason I took utility is to off-set his lack of disrupts. Besides items can actually make him more tanky so the utility tree is better suited as it can give Garen more speed and allow him to lay down his skills and summoner spells more often, which is what you want to do.

5. I agree, Aegis is actually cost efficient, but here lies the problem, it does not give Garen the capabilities to be a threat. Tanks, like Alistair, Cho'gath or Amumu have set up skills like their stuns, knockups and other skills so they have a window in that they can stay around and disrupt more often Garen can, but Garen does not have that, he has to be able to hurt someone, but at the same time be able to take hits for the team.

Still thanks for the input, I will probably input these things as I revise this guide from time to time.

Yeah, brutalizer after level 1 boots hurts, it's just the juggling game of items, depending how well the flow of the match is going, i'll probably make an area on item priority a little later. Thanks for the input.

But there are some stuff you might wanna consider:

1-most sections of the guide consist of a HUGE wall of text.it might be nice to add some pictures in there :P.

2-you forgot to add (in the pros) that garen's skills dont cost mana.abuse this to spam spells (especially judgement) when they are on..

3-I'd recommend starting with doran's shield.more health..nice armour..and hp regend that is really nice with Perseverance.

4-Your build looks more "tanky" than dmg or utility..so a 9/21/0 masteries are not so bad..more armour/m.res survivability and starting health ^^ +tenacity stacks pretty well with courage.

5-Aegis is a great item on garen if noone else is getting it: hp+armour+m.res+aura...too much..

but those are just my 2 cents :P
