Lanemates is a questionable section, seeing as often you will be solo top since you are the fighter. Also, there is nothing really special about Akali or Sona that makes them better lane partners than, say taric, who is my preferred lane partner whenever i am laning with someone, a cc, a heal, and an aura. not a bad combo.

It is impossible to have 1 point into 10% armor penetration without 4 points into the previous mastery. Come on man that's JV **** right there

90 ArP+10% with tbc= true dmg against most non-tank targets. note MOST not all!
Leviathan gives great bang for the buck, and also serves tripple purpose with atmas giving hp, dmg and 15% dmg reduction. Executioner gives very little dmg if you do the maths.

Good build but I wondered why you don't have much armor (1st build). Your build is good, I mean...REALLY GOOD. To be honest there was a trolling shaco on our team and I was garen. The whole enemy team had to take me on but they had tryndamere with 5 phantom dancers (<-- horrible build, no damage at all...) so I thought he isn't a threat. But later he finaly fcken understanded that his build fcken sucks so he started getting damage. (Btw Olaf was also on our team that had to be taken by 5 guys) I was starting to get damaged like **** so I was like "Oh ****" and I was trash talking to tryndamere cuz he was such a noob but I told him to get more dmg. so ya...lost :P

Boots of mobility do nothing for Garen IN COMBAT. And thats whats important. Swiftness is there to help counter his kiting issues, which is his number one weakness.

what is with these builds and the boots of swiftness?? they suck, if you're going for speed, you'd be much better off going for boots of mobility, but even then, i'd much rather have the ionian boots of lucidity, the cooldown reduction goes great on garen, especially with his ult and w. Other than that, i completely agree with your build and am totally willing to give it a shot.

this build is great if you dont dive early game and play a litlle in defence i recomand this buil to all players new and old and is fun cuz you dont have time to finish all the build because they sur... good jobe lefze who ever you are...
