some may say that the summoner spells are abnormal but once you reach a certain elo you will find that these are the way to go. If your team tells you to get heal, tell the ad carry to get heal and flash and you get cv flash it works a lot better this way, because the ad carry gets harassed and sometimes they will want to heal bait people. When you find a teammate that does that they are really good.

You will want to get your Q unless your ad carry wants other abilities. I ussually ask them before minions spawn. After you will want to grab 3 of your 4 spells in the first 3 levels. First max your heal because you will want to spam heals and give them as much heals that you want. Then max your Q because it will do a major knock up then Your W. Also get your ult at levels 6, 11, and 16.

The items on moba-fire are really hard to get. but if you get the mastery with the 40 extra gold you will have enough to start out with mana regen, wards health pots and mana pots which is what you want. Then you want to go after gold per 5 itmes and throughtout all this buying, the extra money you have you buy wards to put in places i hope you can understand. Then a aegis is a really good thing to get because it benefits your teammates. Randuins and shyrilias are also good items because you are the support and those support your teammates. Boots of lucidity are the boots to go with because they give you cdr which you will want if you want to use your ult in every fight and spam heals every second. As a last item, starks or will of the acients would be good if you have an ad carrying you or an ap carrying you.


If you are on the blue team and loosing in turrets, you should ward the spots in blue, if your on the blue team and you are winning in turrets you should ward the places in purple. If you are purple and loosing in turrets you ward the places in purple and if you are winning ward the places in blue

Supports will tank at times so magic res. and armor runes are a must. Then the seals and quints should be gold per 10 because you will want the extra money for wards.

The masteries you will want are in utilities. Since you are a support you will want the gold per five mastery and the extra gold mastery.

In ranked you are to be a support. This means that you do not get a single creep in the lanning phase of the game. This is because you are the support and the AD carry needs the money. Also there are two ways to support as alistar, one way is to take the bushes this way is how you support if you are on the defensive side of the lane. This means that your team is getting beaten and you do not want to die. If you are the offensive team your job is to zone the other team out, not letting them get cs and whenever they come to close knocking up and push them to your ad carry, and with this sequence you will get a lot of free damage and a ton of kills.

You you want to play defensively and let them hump your turret. So when they are not expecting it, you knock them up and knock them into the turret. This will give you free damage and kills. During teamfights you will want to ult before it starts, spam heals and knock up whenever possible, you will not want to knock anyone back unless they are chasing or you are chasing and your sure you will get the stun.
