Spells

Should be obvious for the spells, smite is always needed, but if you think you can work with it, ghost can work also, just not as good.

Runes

For runes I use all out armor pen and CDR, the reason for the CDR is to spam faster and clear more quickly. The armor pen should be self-explanatory. Armor yellows help for not dying in the jungle, along with AD Quints.

Masteries

Mastery Key stone is Thunderlords Decree for extra burst, along with extra cdr.

Skill Sequence

Should be obvious.

Creeping / Jungling

For this, you generally want to start the normal path: Krugs,Red,Blue,Gromp,wolves,Birds, then repeat without buffs. However, if you're the kind of person to cheese the game, you can steal there red and blue because of the 20% cdr, you can spam your q. Just make sure you get there asap and make sure there top laner doesn't check on it, if there top laner does, then return to normal path above.

Items

These Items ensure 45% CDR, and alot of burst through Crit Dmg.

Pros / Cons

Pros: If you get ahead, you snowball and 1 shot everyone
Cons: If you get behind, youre useless.

Unique Skills

Rengar doesnt require big mechanics, although there are some things to recognize, now that they nerfed rengars jump to where it takes .25 seconds for him to "toss" his e, you have to be more precise on your timing. When ganking, always have max stacks before ganking.

2 Ways to Gank:
1: You have max e and you bola the target, then finish
2: You can use max q if your laner has plenty of CC.

Once you reach 12 stacks, now the real fun begins, once you have seen a weak champ ina lane, target them for doom.
