I would mention the chapter with "Pros and Cons" earlier on after you fetch the introduction. You've got clearly no information about Gameplay, jungle camp clearing etc. .
I suggest you to mention Trinkets in cheat sheet even it's less important than item purchases but it's no a mandatory part of the game. Other things have been said by GMD.

Have to downvote this because most of it is just not optimal for jungle gragas.

• Take Hybrid Pen marks and you'd also want sth like that in quints. Magic pen, attack speed and AD are also solid options for quints. Personally I run 1 hybrid pen and 2 AS.
• For glyphs. Flat ap is an option.
• Skilling order is not correct. W is maxed out first, followed by Q. Also you start with W and take E second.
• You use an ap mid build and go jungle, that's just not done. Athene's is alright but there are better options such as Nomicon and Abyssal Scepter.

If I were you, I would take Greater Mark of Hybrid Penetration instead of Greater Mark of Magic Penetration. Let us not forget the massive amount of Attack damage Drunken Rage gives you either.
