With hurrican you can stack your w and when you are in the mega gnar mode you can use your hydra ! That is fu**** usless but no one care. And your w will deal tons of dmg because you will get some AP from the ludens (Dont forget your r).
You hate the tank meta ? No problem with this build you will DESTROY THE TANKS !
