That shield is not worth a **** early stages of the game. The slow from glitterlance is more likely to save Ashe in my opinion.
The shield is worth many ****s
You are not a healer. That means any time your fellow laner takes a hit, it has to be regenerated. That takes time and allows for the enemy to get in for more damage. Your goal is to minimize damage dished out to your AD carry (from creeps, enemy champions, AND turrets) while maximizing damage output to your enemy by harassing. However, like I explained earlier, you shouldn't be the one that deals damage, Lulu should be played as a utility champion that uses CC to her advantage with your AD carry going in for the bulk of the harass damage. Hence why I choose to max Whimsy alongside of Help, Pix! first.
Your guide references many things such as "released yesterday" and the likes.
Perhaps you should update this to reflect that she isn't brand new.
Yup! I just fixed those statements in the introduction, thanks :)

Thanks for you guys' comments, im going to be adding parts of them to the guide for now, as for the second build idea i like it! Im just going to play with it more and see where it gets me. Thanks for your suggestions!
It's nice, but I think you should probably get rid of this "suggestion" area. Or at the very least refine it.
Because as such, you are copying blocks from the comments, directly, without further analysis or without really integrating them to the actual build.
It's good to take suggestions, but use them to actually improve and modify your core guide, or just leave them in the comment section. Because someone who will come to read your guide will read the main sections. The two pages of "wall of text" of suggestions are not really interesting for most readers, it's not really usable. And it makes the information in your guide a bit messy, in my opinion.
(PS: your skill priority is still wrong. The skill sequence, with levels, is good, the text is matching, but the four icons under are wrong. The ultimate should be the first one, as it is the one you take each time it's available)
