Why the wasted stats of CDR in your runes? If you are going for TF, FH and SV regardless of matchup then you are 15 CDR over your limit. Either cut FH or only do 10% CDR in Runes. Life Steal Quints or Flat/ Scaling Health would be much better. I personally have had little problem stacking without CDR runes b/c you can now get CDR so quickly out of any of your main build paths. Just a thought.
