Reneckton is not a dps, he has no attack speed and he doesn't do a lot of base damage. Let's just say he melee mage with attack damage status. He needs more defense due to his squishy stats and his slow attack speed, he should be built with off-tank stats. They designed reneckton as a big fail with his ult. If I get squishy stats and use my ult, I stand out the most in team fights, people will click their skills and rene and target him as main target since he is big. So if he had lots of health and resistence, people should look scared and run away instead of targeting on a squishy. But thats what I think Because when I switch from 9/21/0 to 21/9/0 masteries, I fed so much that I want to cry, better stick with 9/21/0 and sunfire cape
