Introduction
My name is 115 delieverer. Currently I'm Silver on both Flex and SoloQ in EUNE.
Currently I have roughly 160k Mastery on
Bard so I thought I might have something to give back to the community about the champion.
Who knows maybe some sick Bardmain wants to look out for every possible perspective of a Bard player. Should that happen this guide would suffice.

Pros / Cons
Pros - ok poke, great damage, excellent roaming (especially in 10.1)
Cons - hard to master

Runes
As stated earlier: many of the runes are meant to be chosen with common sense. If you know the whole bot lane is going to be heavy AD then choose armor runes and in the case of AP heavy bot lane choose MR.
Summoner Spells
Ignite has proven to be pretty good with lane sustain than heal but this is highly subjective.
Items
Each of the items listed above ought to be used TOO with common sense.

Lane Phase / Early Game
Just poke and put up W's near the walls whenever possible.
When you run out of mana go out roaming and try gank mid if possible. Ganking top is also viable move if the map happens to generate chimes in the top side.
